Her passion goes beyond day to day support. Brooke - Our Co-Director
Brooke is the heart behind so much of what makes Rize Support feel safe, genuine, and deeply personal. She is kind, compassionate, fun, and highly motivated to create a service that is truly meaningful, one where every person feels seen, valued, and understood.
Her natural ability to connect with people is what truly sets her apart. Brooke brings a calm yet uplifting presence, creating an environment where participants feel comfortable, supported, and able to be themselves. Her fun and positive energy helps build real connections, making every interaction feel natural, enjoyable, and full of warmth.
With a high level of dedication, skill, and hands-on experience in supporting people, Brooke consistently goes above and beyond. She is deeply committed to delivering care that is not only high quality, but also filled with genuine compassion and intention.
What drives Brooke most is knowing she is making a real difference in someone’s life. Whether it is through building confidence, sharing meaningful moments, or simply bringing joy into someone’s day, she puts her whole heart into everything she does.
More Than a Team, We’re Sisters
Rize Support was built from something deeply personal. It comes from the bond between two sisters who share the same values, vision, and commitment to helping others.
We are both heavily involved not only behind the scenes, but also on the front line, and our favourite part of all is being support workers. This allows us to truly know the participants we care for and enables us to build a service that is genuinely participant led, led with heart, and grounded in real, meaningful care.
Our participants and their families mean everything to us. We have had the privilege of seeing first hand just how meaningful the right support can be, not only for participants, but for their families as well.
There is nothing more rewarding than knowing families can relax, feeling confident that their loved one is being cared for in the way they truly deserve, with compassion, respect, and genuine understanding.
