Rize & Thrive runs every Thursday on the Gold Coast, offering participants a structured, engaging, and social day program. Each week is carefully planned to combine fun, skill-building, and community experiences amoungst friends.
Person-Centred Approach
Every activity is adapted to the participant’s goals, abilities, and interests. Our team ensures that everyone can participate at their own pace, feel confident, and have meaningful experiences.
Skill-Building Activities
Participants develop important skills, including daily living skills, social interaction, creativity, and independence, through carefully designed activities that are both fun and rewarding. All taking place at our Rize Hub.
Community Access Outings
Our program includes regular community outings, giving participants the chance to explore the Gold Coast, make friends, and build confidence in real-world settings.
Safe, Supportive Environment
Rize & Thrive is delivered by our trained, compassionate team in a welcoming and safe environment. Participants can enjoy their day knowing support is always close by.
