STA provides disability-related support away from a participant's usual home. It may include accommodation, personal support, meals and agreed activities.
Our dedicated accommodation is located on the northern Gold Coast. We can share more information during the enquiry and transition process.
Yes. Suitable Brisbane participants can enquire about upcoming stays. We discuss transport, individual needs and group compatibility before confirming a booking.
Rize & Thrive is our weekday group program on the Gold Coast. It combines life skills, social activities, creativity and community access.
The program runs every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Please contact us to confirm program times and availability.
Brisbane participants can enquire about the program. Suitability will depend on support needs, transport arrangements and current capacity.
Contact Rize Support or complete the enquiry form. We will discuss the participant's needs and arrange a meet and greet where appropriate.
Eligible services may use NDIS funding when they relate to the participant's disability needs and goals. Funding must be available within the participant's plan.
Yes. Support coordinators can contact Rize Support with the participant's or nominee's consent.
