NDIS Support Across Gold Coast and Brisbane

Rize Support is based on the northern Gold Coast. We welcome suitable participants from the Gold Coast, Brisbane and surrounding South East Queensland communities.

Region One

Gold Coast

The Gold Coast is at the centre of Rize Support's services. Our dedicated STA house is located in the northern Gold Coast region.

Rize & Thrive also operates on the Gold Coast every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Activities take place at the Rize Hub and throughout the local community.

Brisbane

Rize Support welcomes enquiries from participants, families and support coordinators across Brisbane. Suitable participants may access STA stays and selected programs based on availability.

Our physical accommodation and Rize & Thrive program operate on the Gold Coast. Therefore, we discuss transport, support needs and program suitability before confirming a Brisbane participant.
